Fresh and fruity, this Rose represents the perfect Sicilian summer day. As a high-energy 50/50 blend of Syrah and Nero d'Avola, its color is that of a summer sunset. The fresh aromas of strawberry make it a marvelously friendly wine, and easy to drink. 

Tasting Notes

The delicate color is reminiscent of the elegance of a prima ballerina. Floral notes such as that of hibiscus encounter wild strawberries, blackberries, and honey melon. Lively and fresh on the palate, full of the pale peach notes.

Food Pairing

Excellent on it's own on a warm summer afternoon, but this wine also pairs beautifully with seafood and, vegetable tempura and sushi.
